I strive to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. We always pack with great care. I am not responsible for carrier ship times.

Expedited shipping times are not always guaranteed depending on local carrier hours.

Due to various circumstances, I may take longer than 48 hours. In those instances, I will communicate with our buyers to ensure satisfaction.

I accept returns only if an item is damaged in transit or if an item arrives not as described.

Order can be canceled if requested before the item has been shipped.

Returns or canceled orders may be subject to 5% fee due to non-refundable payment processing fees.

Shipping golf clubs can cost as low as $10-$20 if you follow these easy tips:

• If you have a box, purchase a shipping label on www.pirateship.com and drop off at your local shipping store.
• If you don't have a box, you are welcome to wait until your purchased items arrive and use our box. Also, if you call, your local golf store may give you a free box for asking.
• Buying boxes and/or labels directly from the shipping stores (UPS, USPS, FedEx) is far more expensive and time consuming.
• Avoid USPS as packages are very often delayed and/or lost.

I can generally offer a 70%-80% buyback for items that are sent back within 21 days of purchase. Contact me to discuss this option.
